about us
Hopewell native, Sid Hudson founded Hudson Properties with his father Jim Hudson in 1985.
As a world class musician, Sid moved to Nashville, TN and was the lead guitarist for country music legend, Barbara Mandrell. After marrying his wife, Carrie, he decided to move back to Hopewell to start a property management business with his father, Jim Hudson. Starting off their carrier with a mixture of rental residential properties to building homes in the Prince George, Hopewell area they transitioned their focus to solely becoming a property management business.
Hudson Properties now owns and manages hundreds of homes as well as commercial properties in the Tri-City area and has been in business for over 40 years. Hudson Properties is now runned and managed by Sid’s eldest daughter, Jordan who instills the same quality and passion that her father and grandfather built this business on.
